1. How much does shipping cost?

A. Shipping in the domestic USA is free! We ship first class USPS and in stock items are shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days depending on location. Tracking numbers are provided with shipping confirmation.

2. Can I upgrade to faster shipping?

A. Sure! Please reach out via email before placing your order and we can discuss upgraded shipping. Already placed your order? No problem! Send an email and we can still make sure that it’s taken care of for you.

3. What is the return policy?

A. We accept returns of any item in the original condition within 30 days of purchase. To see the full return policy, click here

4. I have a question about customizing a design.

A. Custom work is our favorite! Many designs can be customized, or a similar piece can be made just for you. We also love to design a piece to your specifications. Please send us an email or chat to talk about custom orders.

 

5. A piece I love is sold out, can you make me another?

A. Many of our designs are one of a kind because we use a lot of one of a kind stones. We can do our best to design something you love that is similar to the original! Send us an email or chat.

  

6. Are all these pieces handmade?

A. Yes, each piece is lovingly handcrafted in our studio.


7. Where are you located?

A. The Jewelry Shop is located in Arizona, any in-state sales will have applicable taxes added.
